Every bedroom has its own full, completely private bathroom.  Nearly-private access to the second floor room for rent is via the staircase located just inside the main entrance to the home.  

This rental, located on a quiet cul-de-sac inside I-285, also includes access to and use of the common areas.  These include: 

• the kitchen has custom cabinets, granite counter tops, and top-of-the-line appliances and cook top 

• the main level has wide-plank maple hardwood flooring throughout,

• the three-story foyer is lit by a crystal chandelier,

• the laundry includes a heavy- duty clothes washing machine and dryer

• the outdoor deck features an extra large gas grill and a professionally landscaped lawn.  

Gas, electric, water and sewer service plus Comcast basic cable television service and internet access are included in the rent.  The room for rent is wired for separate telephone service.  Housemates provide their own telephone service.  The Chamblee MARTA rail station is less than two miles away. Parking is on the driveway or cul-de-sac in front of the house. This is a "no-pet" residence and smoking and "heavy" fragrances are not permitted.
